about
Welcome to Below the Belt Sports, Inc.! As an all volunteer organization, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality sports tournaments, leagues, and events for athletes of all levels.

What is Below the Belt Sports?
About Us
Below the Belt Sports was founded in 2024 with the mission of planning and executing athletic tournaments for the LGBTQIA+ community in the Southeastern region of the United States. Brothers, Morgan and Chandler Roth, founded the organization after years of participating in and volunteering for local and national sports organizations. At Below the Belt Sports, we believe that sports should be inclusive for everyone regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. We founded our non-profit organization to bring more inclusive sporting events to the South and create opportunities for the LGBTQIA+ community to come together and bond over their shared love of sports.
What We Stand For
Community

We are community-driven and working with local bar and LGTBQIA+ establishments to foster a community of inclusivity and involvement with our local players, in hope to create a welcoming environment for all of the players who will travel to host cities.

As a 501c(3) our intent is to turn our efforts into a major financial impact on local beneficiaries that support and uplift the local LGBTQIA+ community in cities where Below the Belt Sports leagues, tournaments, or events are hosted.
Fun!

We’re not just about sports. We’re about fun. Our board of directors work closely with local venues to host engaging and fun events that will make a memorable experience for all those who attend. We are already in talks with major venues for our 2025 tournament weekend.

We are an organization for athletes, run by athletes. Our board of directors consists of seasoned players who are subject matter expects in their respective roles, and participants of local leagues and tournaments across the country. We bring the knowledge and knowhow to produce and host top notch events to rival some of the largest LGBTQIA+ sporting tournaments in the country. We are community-driven, with the intent to cater to the needs and desires of our players and give back to our community through local beneficiaries.
